True North announces the opening of its first flexible-living and hospitality property, Holm Wimbledon Park, located in Southfields, London.
Holm Wimbledon Park features 86 studios and communal areas designed to support focused work and social interaction. The building, previously used to house young women pursuing education and employment in London, has been reimagined as a community-focused flexible-stay space. The project carries forward the building's legacy of offering attainable spaces while emphasising ESG principles and a mindfulness concept.
To deliver social value, the team made conscious sourcing choices — for example, soft furnishings sourced from Ukraine to support Ukrainian businesses and communities. Outdoor improvements include converting a large area into a wildflower meadow and installing habitats to boost biodiversity.
Customer amenities include indoor and outdoor lounges, chef's kitchens, a private dining room, co-working spaces, a half-acre communal garden, and a community events programme. The property is within walking distance of Southfields Underground station, Wimbledon Park, and local shops and cafés.
"Holm Wimbledon Park is the beginning of our mission to create attainable, sustainable, and quality spaces," said Jill Ju, CEO and Founder. The company has assembled an experienced team and is working on additional sites to create more flexible-living homes across London.
